The Maryland Association of Elementary School Principals is a professional association that has been in existence since 1946. Over the last 67 years MAESP has grown to include almost 900 members in all 24 local school systems in the state. The members include principals, assistant principals, aspiring leaders and central office personnel who support school leaders.
